Terms and Conditions

Thank you for helping to grow the Veho Driver Partner community. From time to time, you may be invited to participate in one of Veho’s referral programs to encourage new Driver Partners to join the Veho platform. Participating in a Veho Driver Partner Referral Program (either by referring your friends or family or signing up with a referral code) can be a great way for Driver Partners to earn extra with Veho via “Referral Rewards.”

These Veho Driver Partner Referral Program Rules (the "Rules") apply to referral programs that are administered solely by Veho and apply to both Referrers/Inviters and Referees/Invitees. By accepting and sharing your referral link or by signing up via someone’s referral link, you are agreeing to be bound by these Rules. Any violation of these Rules will not only prevent you from participating in any Veho Referral Program (now or in the future), but could also result in the forfeiture or retraction of Veho Referral Rewards.

In addition, there may be other terms and conditions that apply to your Referral Reward based on the market where you signed up, including what actions you may need to take, type and amount of the Referral Reward, dates/times by which you must complete requirements, and what kind of vehicle you drive (e.g., a qualified large vehicle such as a full-sized SUV, pickup truck, or van). See the additional terms that came with your referral invitation email and/or any terms shared during the sign up and registration process.

Please note that these Rules are in addition to the Spruce Driver Partner Terms & Conditions which govern the use of the Veho platform and driver mobile app and can be found here.

1. Who is eligible to be a referrer/inviter?
Any Veho Driver Partner who is eligible to drive on the Veho platform, registered to a market in which a referral program is currently running, and receives a unique referral link directly from Veho is eligible to refer others. The unique referral link can be found by accessing the Veho Driver Mobile App, clicking “Account”, “Refer a Friend”, and “Share”.

This offer cannot be transferred to other drivers. Specific means by which Driver Partners are able to receive their own referral links may vary by market. Please refer to the referral invitation email sent directly by Veho or reach out to Veho Support for more information on your eligibility to receive a referral link, if applicable.

2. Who is eligible to be a referee/invitee?
Your friends, family, and other people you know may be eligible to be referees/invitees. To receive a Referral Reward for referring someone to Veho, your referee/invitee must (a) meet the eligibility criteria noted in the referral invitation/offer email (b) be a Driver Partner who is new to the Veho platform and has not previously signed up to deliver, claimed routes, or completed routes (c) meets the conditions Veho has for operating on the platform and using the driver mobile app (d) sign up for a market in which a referral program is live (e) sign up for Veho using the referrer’s unique referral link (f) complete the specific number of routes in the same market in which they signed up and in the time period specified by the program (g) take any other actions required by the specific referral program (e) meet any other non-referral, market-specific terms in the market.  

Your referees/invitees can be referred only once, so if someone else has referred them and they signed up using someone else’s unique referral link, they will not be able to sign up using yours. In addition, please note that your referee/invitee must sign up using your referral link. If they sign up from another link, they will not be eligible for the referral program. We are unable to add or modify referral codes after the fact.

After a referee/invitee clicks on your unique referral link, they will need to submit some information such as First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, and Zip Code. They should also see the referrer/inviter’s referral code grayed out under the Zip Code field, as shown in the picture below.

After submitting the information, if they are eligible to move forward in the registration process, a new page will appear asking for more information as part of the registration process. Referees/invitees who sign up using someone else’s referral link agree to have their first name, last name initial, registration status, and route progress (toward the required number of routes noted in the offer) shared with the referrer/inviter.

3. How can I use my referral link or code?
Referrers/inviters may share their unique referral links via different mediums including but not limited to phone calls, video calls, email, text message, social media (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), in-person word of mouth, and physical fliers.

However, you agree that you will not: (a) Try to get referees/invitees by spamming, bulk emailing, or sending large numbers of unsolicited emails. You agree only to email people you know personally; (b) Use, display, or manipulate Veho intellectual property (such as Veho’s logos, trademarks, and copyright-protected works) in any way, except as to identify yourself as an Veho Driver Partner or referrer/inviter for Veho.

After you tap the “Share” button in the “Refer a Friend” page of the “Account” section of the Driver Mobile App, various App options may appear for how to share the link (e.g., AirDrop, Messages, Email, Notes, WhatsApp, Faceook Messenger, etc.)

4. How do I get Referral Rewards as a referrer/inviter or referee/invitee?

As long as the referrer/inviter and their referee/invitee follow these Rules and the Spruce Driver Partner Terms & Conditions governing their use of the Veho driver mobile app and activity on the platform, and they both have an activated and currently eligible account (i.e. have all required documents uploaded and approved) to receive the payout, they should receive their Referral Reward the week after the referee/invitee completes the requirements for the particular Referral Reward (such as completing the required number of routes). They should both receive a referral reward statement via email confirming the successful referral with an expected date for the Referral Reward payout, but rewards are subject to change at any time until they are paid. Please note that both the referrer/inviter and referee/invitee are eligible to receive a Referral Reward unless otherwise indicated in the specific market’s referral program terms as outlined in the referral invitation email.

Please note that routes which count towards the Referral Reward must be (a) completed (b) non-rescue routes (c) non-doorstep pickup / non-return routes, i.e., routes must begin at Veho warehouse where packages are loaded into vehicle (d) located in the same market in which the referee/invitee are registered for and in which the referral program is live (e) checked in the original check in time window by the referee/invitee. Canceled routes do not count towards these minimum requirements.

Please note that Referral Rewards and program terms vary between markets. The Referral Rewards to be paid out to BOTH referrer/inviter and referee/invitee are based on the offer standing in the referee/invitee's registered market at the time of registration, even if the offer is different from the offer standing in the referrer/inviter's market. In other words, if a referrer/inviter refers someone in another market and that referee/invitee meets all referral program terms in their registered market, both parties will be paid the Referral Reward which was offered in the referee/invitee's market at the time of registration, NOT the one offered in the referrer/inviter's market.

5. Is there a limit to how much I can receive in Referral Rewards?

For referrers/inviters: Referral Rewards are discretionary and the amount of a Referral Reward and requirements to get it can vary by market. Unless otherwise indicated in the specific market’s referral program terms sent via email, there is no limit on the total number of referral payouts each individual referrer/inviter can receive. This may change as Veho revises and updates the Rules from time to time (please see Section 6 of these terms).

For referees/invitees: Referees/invitees are only eligible to receive a single Referral Reward as a referee/invitee.

6. Termination and changes

Veho reserves the right to change, end, or pause, in whole or in part, any referral program (e.g. the monetary value of the Referral Reward) as well as any referrer/inviter's or referee/invitee's ability to participate in any referral program or receive Referral Rewards at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud (including by either the referrer/inviter and/or referee/invitee), abuse, or any violation of these Rules as well any violation of the Spruce Driver Partners Terms & Conditions.

Veho may revise and update these Rules from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Referrers/inviters and referees/invitees continued participation in Veho’s referral program following the posting of revised Rules means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
